| | Industry Veterans Launch RTE Financial Services™ |

Waite Park, MN, May 5, 2008 - Gary Hess and Bruce Hagberg, two long time veterans of the financial services industry, have formed RTE Financial Services, LLC, to provide web based applications and consulting services to banks, credit unions, finance companies and other financial services companies. Gary and Bruce held executive positions at Bankers Systems, Inc./Wolters Kluwer Financial Services at a time when financial institutions migrated from the manual preparation of deposit and loan documentation to personal computer based systems. They see a similar migration path over the next several years, this time from personal computer based systems to web based systems.
Initially RTE Financial Services, LLC (RTE FS) will focus on web based account opening and lending software. The availability of this software via web based services provides numerous benefits to the institution, including an increase in account holders, deposits and loans. In addition, maintenance costs are reduced, since the application is hosted and updated online.
RTE FS will be a Value Added Reseller of select software products within these areas. In the near future RTE FS will release additional information regarding the software it will be distributing.
RTE FS will also provide consulting services in the areas of compliance, strategic planning, web site design and software development.
About Gary Hess - Gary held key positions at Bankers Systems, Inc./Wolters Kluwer Financial Services for twenty-five years. These positions included Vice President of Software Development and Support and Product Development Attorney. As the VP, Software Development and Support, Gary was responsible for all personal computer software applications for lending and deposit. It was also during this time period when Bankers System's electronic forms were developed. Gary has lectured extensively on technology and compliance topics related to financial institutions.
About Bruce Hagberg - Bruce held key positions at Bankers Systems, Inc./Wolters Kluwer Financial Services for over twenty years. The positions included ones critical to the development, support, and marketing of market leading lending and deposit software products. Bruce also held the position of Executive Director for the Credit Union Business Unit. Bruce is currently the President of RT Enterprises of St. Cloud, Inc, a software development company and a Value Added Reseller of software in other markets.
